Who is responsible

malinovskiy.org is run by Leonid, a freelance developer. For any questions about your data, message me on Telegram: @mlnvskkkiy.

What data is collected

• If you click “Accept” in the banner, Yandex Metrica is enabled. It collects visit statistics: page address, where you came from, device and browser type, approximate location by IP address, a cookie identifier and actions on the page (clicks, scrolling and a session recording by Webvisor).
• If you choose “Necessary only”, Metrica is not loaded. Only your choice is stored in the browser so the banner does not show again.
• The request form and the calculator do not send any data to this site. They open a Telegram chat with me with the text already typed, and you decide whether to send it. Telegram conversations are governed by Telegram’s rules.

Why

To understand which parts of the site are useful, where visitors get lost, and to improve the site. The data is not used for advertising and is never sold.

Who else receives the data

Statistics are processed by Yandex LLC as the operator of Yandex Metrica, under its terms of use. Data is not shared with anyone else.

How long it is kept

Statistics are kept in Yandex Metrica under Yandex’s rules. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you clear it or withdraw consent.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time with the button below, or ask what data I have about you or request its deletion by messaging me on Telegram.
